How to Find System Information
Windows
Operating systems for desktops/laptops
For most Windows PC’s
1. Click on the Start Menu
2. Click on Conrol Panel
3. Click on System and Security
4. Click on System
For Windows 11 PC’s
1. Click on the Start Menu
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on System
4. Click on About
Mac’s
1. Click on the Apple icon in the upper left corner of the screen
2. Click on “About this Mac”
Browsers
1. Go to – https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/ . This will tell you what browser and version you are using. Copy the link and include it in your chat or email to Customer Care.
Mobile OS
For iOS Devices
1. Tap on the device Settings icon
2. Tap on the General tab
3. Tap on the About tab
And then “Version” will be one of the fields on that screen.
For Android Devices (due to there being so many different versions of Android, we can only provide general instructions. They should be enough as most OS’s have a similar terminology and steps)
1. Open your device’s Settings
2. Look for and tap About Phone or About Device
3. Look for the “Android Version” listing.
App versions:
For iOS Devices
1. Log in to App.
2. Tap on “more” icon in the lower right corner.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Version is at the very bottom, below the Logout button.
For Android Devices (Please note this is a general set of instructions as there are many different layouts for the Settings. The example photos are for general reference).
1. Open your device’s Settings and find the Applicate Manager
2. Tap on Application Manager to show apps
3. Tap on Tveni – “Version” should be listed at the top, under the Tveni name.
